The Ice Cream Man is an honest, hardworking individual whose mundane daily life of serving the town ice cream becomes more interesting after a certain series of events involving a certain little girl change his life forever.

The Ice Cream Man went through the shortest number of revisions as the creators agreed that the smaller, shorter version of the character simply had to be in the film.
