Steve Kellum

Role: Animator, Character Modeler, Texture Artist, Storyboarder, Compositer, Generalist

Bio: Being stuck deep in the country when I was young meant I didn’t have much I liked to do more for fun than play video games. I had a deep respect for the developers who created some of my favorites, and found myself volunteering to help make graphics for a small indie game or two. Before I knew it I was managing my own small team of artists and directing some of the style of the pixel art that was being put into these games. Despite enjoying this, I didn’t see a future in pixel art, but did find a love for animating through doing it, and decided to get my degree in 3D animation. I may not be animating the pixel sprites I used to, but love expressing a story and personality through the characters I animate today.
